Company History

Saturn Business Services (SBS/Carbon Copy) was founded in 1984 by its present owner as a Xerox Sales Agency. In 1987 we moved from Fairfield, Maine to Waterville and added Carbon Copy, a digital copy center and also became a retail office supply store. As demand for our services grew we expanded next door to 54-56 Main Street, Waterville and our present 5000 square foot facility. With the availability of the additional space we added our Paper Mill Division for the retail sale of fine papers.

Our client first philosophy has served us well over the years and our can do attitude provides our customers with the services they need within the timeframe they determine appropriate. We have a staff of 5 with over 87 years of combined experience in the printing services industry. If we cannot do the work you need done, we can usually recommend someone else who can. We stock an extensive paper inventory for the sole purpose of meeting our clients needs within their schedule. One can't print on paper they don't have. Our hours are flexible and it is not uncommon to see our lights on late at night or early in the morning working to meet a client's deadline.

Our Clients

For the past 20 years we have been producing printed materials for our clients in the Mid-Maine area. A small portion of our client list includes; Colby, Thomas, Unity and Kennebec Valley Community Colleges, Sappi, Huhtamaki, SAD 47, 49, 3, Waterville Schools, Union 52, Waterville Elks, Maine General, Inland and Franklin Memorial Hospitals, Waterville Main Street, and many other individuals, for-profits, and non-profits.
